I have the best room with Sunrise view for my 1-week stay!! The view is gorgeous. The room is clean and has bath up to relax. The staffs are also nice and helpful. A good place to stay outside Ubud centre if you seek for silence and the view :)

Break fast was good but the bread basket (1 crossant 1 Danish pastry and 2 bread slices )for two person is less.
